Tara Field
Patient Care Manager and Treatment Coordinator
"Chips, cheese, chocolate, champagne and chat"
I’ve been with Eden Orthodontics since the very beginning, working alongside Dr Smith to help grow the practice into what it is today. My background is in business development, sales, and marketing, and I love that I get to combine those skills with my passion for people in both my roles here.
I’m all about creating meaningful connections and making sure patients and families feel supported from their very first visit right through to their big smile reveal.
I live locally in Mt Eden with my two teenage children and my cat Timothy. Outside the practice, you’ll usually find me powering up Maungawhau, sipping bubbles or taking a quiet moment on my yoga mat.

Stacey Logan
Orthodontic Auxiliary
"Cocktails and dreams"
I’m originally from Zimbabwe but have proudly called New Zealand home for years. I joined the Eden team in 2019 as a Dental Assistant, and in early 2024 I completed my Orthodontic Auxiliary qualification—a milestone I’m really proud of!
At work, I love helping patients feel supported and cared for throughout their treatment journey. I’m calm under pressure, detail-focused, and always ready with a smile (and maybe a bit of cheeky humour).
I live centrally with my partner and our two beautiful dogs, Nala and Leia. Outside of work, I’m either running with the dogs, in the garden, at the gym, or out at a live music gig with friends.
My dream holiday? Exploring cenotes in Mexico and relaxing with a cocktail by the sea. And when it’s time to switch off, you’ll find me bingeing It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia—couch, blanket, sorted.

Tymara Chamberlain
Orthodontic Assistant
“Crazy Cat Lady #1”
I’ve always been interested in orthodontics, so being part of the Eden team is a bit of a dream come true. Having had braces myself, I know what it’s like from a patient’s perspective — which really helps me connect with others going through the same process.
Whether I’m assisting chairside, uploading scans or working in the lab, I bring a can-do attitude, a bit of laughter, and a cheeky smile to everything I do.
I live out west with my partner-in-crime, Toast the cat. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, especially spoiling my nieces and nephews. I also have a slight obsession with online shopping… and I’ll never say no to a good bottomless brunch.

Ayla Robinson
Orthodontic Assistant
“Crazy Cat Lady #2”
I actually started at Eden as a patient, coming in for a consultation to begin aligner treatment. At the end of my school year, I was offered the opportunity to join the team—and I’ve been here ever since!
Having been through treatment myself, I know what it’s like to wear attachments, juggle aligners, and manage a busy life at the same time. It helps me connect with patients in a real and relatable way, which I love.
Outside of work, I’m all about the ocean and my cat Charlie. I spend as much time as I can exploring beaches around New Zealand, and I’ve been lucky to travel to Australia and Europe already. I’m always planning my next adventure and so is Charlie!

Lauren Rainsford
Orthodontic Assistant
"Crazy Cat Lady #3"
I bring four years of experience in dental care to my role at Eden Orthodontics, along with a calm and caring approach that helps put patients at ease. I really enjoy seeing the changes that happen throughout treatment—not just in smiles, but in people’s confidence.
Outside the practice, I’m a professional hair and makeup artist, and I have a soft spot for bridal work. I dote on my two adorable cats; Helena Bonham Catter and Penelope Furrington, building them a custom “catio” and giving them lots of attention.
When I’m not working, I’m usually dancing, travelling, reading, or relaxing with a good show and some great music.

Angela Waugh
Business Operations Manager
“Powered by Cocoa”
I’m all about making things run smoothly—whether it’s fine-tuning systems or diving into data that helps our team work smarter. With a background in corporate finance, I enjoy being behind the scenes at Eden Orthodontics, where I get to blend structure with strategy to keep everything on track.
Before settling down, I spent time working overseas, and I’ve never quite shaken the travel bug—I’m always dreaming about the next adventure. These days, life is a more local (and a lot busier!) with my two energetic boys (plus husband), who keep me on my toes running between their various activities.
When I find a moment to myself, you’ll usually find me at the beach, out hiking or biking, or in the kitchen baking. My love of baking comes from my love of eating and a way to channel my creativity – I also support a local charity with homemade treats for those who could use a little extra joy.

Shannon McDonnell
Receptionist
“Loves a Boogie”
You’ll usually find me at the front desk—welcoming patients, managing the schedule, and keeping things running smoothly. I have a degree in psychology and love bringing warmth, humour, and a bit of calm to the everyday hustle of the clinic.
Before I officially joined the team, I worked as the nanny for Dr Smith’s children, so I’ve been part of the Eden family for a while now. That experience taught me a lot about multitasking, empathy, and handling the unexpected — all skills that come in handy every day.
Outside work, I enjoy kicking a football around, dancing with friends, and making the most of time with the people I care about.

Chelsea Burke
Receptionist and Orthodontic Assistant
“Smile curator & story sharer”
I split my time between the front desk, the clinic, and running our social media accounts—which keeps things fun and varied! I recently moved to Auckland from Australia with my partner, and I’ve loved finding my rhythm here at Eden Orthodontics.
I enjoy connecting with patients, assisting Dr Smith and the team and capturing behind-the-scenes moments that help tell our story online.
Outside of work, I’m all about the outdoors. I love surfing, the gym, and discovering new places to explore around New Zealand.
Whether I’m behind the reception desk or behind the camera, I love being part of a team that’s passionate, positive, and driven.

Angelica Rodriguez
Orthodontic Auxiliary – In Training
“Smiles are in my DNA”
I’m originally from Mexico, and before moving to New Zealand over a decade ago, I worked as a dentist in my family’s practice—so you could say smiles are in my DNA! These days, I’m training as an Orthodontic Auxiliary and loving the challenge of the orthodontic world.
What drives me most is seeing our patients grow in confidence as their smiles transform—it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey.
Outside of the clinic, I share a full and happy life with my husband and our energetic young son. I’m passionate about cooking (especially baking!) and love experimenting with new recipes. Sharing my creations with family, friends, and the Eden Orthodontics team is one of my favourite ways to spread a little joy.

Aimee Divilly
Treatment Coordinator
“I love cheese”
I’m originally from the UK, but New Zealand has become home. I love working closely with people and come from a background of customer-focused roles. As a Treatment Coordinator, I enjoy creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient and making sure they feel well looked after along the way.
Outside of work, I run Little Brie Charcuterie—a boutique grazing table business that lets me indulge my love for cheese, creativity, and making moments feel special.
I’m always up for an adventure. Hiking, exploring, and travel are my happy places. I also train in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which challenges me, grounds me, and reminds me that growth always comes from stepping outside your comfort zone.
